Delivery times vary by region and begin after order processing (1–2 business days).
United States
- Standard: 2–5 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
International
- Standard: 7–15 business days
- Express: 3–7 business days
Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, weather, or local courier capacity.

Gift cards do not count toward free shipping thresholds.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email with:

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate.
You can also check tracking through your customer account portal.
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify addresses on our end.
If the package has already shipped, contact the courier directly using the tracking link.
⚠️ Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Availability is shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to:
- import duties
- VAT
- customs processing fees
These fees are charged by your local authority and are not included in Nameria’s product pricing.
We are not responsible for customs delays or refusal to pay duties.
If the parcel returns to us successfully, we will process a refund minus shipping and handling charges.
If the parcel is discarded by customs due to non-payment, no refund is available.

No, Nameria ships exclusively via courier.
Orders begin processing quickly and cannot be edited once placed.
If you need to make changes:
- Cancel within 15 minutes (if visible in your account)
- Otherwise, wait for delivery and request a return
If part of your order is missing, it may have shipped in separate packages.
Check your tracking email for multiple shipment notifications.
If items are missing without explanation, contact us within 7 days.
For legal and carrier restrictions, we do not ship to:
- North Korea, Russia, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Afghanistan, etc.

⚠ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

- unworn, unwashed, unused
- in original packaging
- with tags and accessories included

Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways.
We do not store or have access to full card details at any stage.

Nameria does not add extra charges beyond product cost + shipping.
However, your bank may apply:
- International transaction fees
- Currency conversion fees
