Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Nameria, every order is prepared with care and quality-checked before dispatch.
If something isn’t right, our Customer Care team will assist you with a clear, respectful process designed to protect both the customer experience and product integrity.
Important Overview
- Exchanges are not offered.
If eligible, returns are processed as a refund, and you may place a new order for a different size or item. - All returns require prior approval.
Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted. - Return eligibility and time windows vary by collection type, as outlined below.
Return Windows by Collection
Nameria Shop Collection — 7 Days Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The return window begins on the day the tracking status shows Delivered.
- If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window begins when the final package is marked delivered.
Graphic Print Collection & Embroidery Collection — 30 Days Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The return window begins on the day the tracking status shows Delivered.
- If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window begins when the final package is marked delivered.
Customizable Collection — Final Sale
Customizable (made-to-order) items are produced specifically for you and are final sale.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for these items.
- The only exceptions are cases of manufacturing defect, damage in transit, production error, or incorrect item received.
What Qualifies for an Approved Return
To remain eligible, returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached, including SKU/label tag
- Returned in original packaging (clean and protective)
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, or signs of wear
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these standards, it may be refused or handled under the policy below.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged-by-use items
- Items missing original tags, SKU label, or original packaging
- Underwear / intimate apparel
- Swimwear
- Face masks
- Beauty items
- Jewelry
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Bulk/open-pack wholesale style orders (if applicable)

How to Start a Return (Required Step)
Returns must be initiated by contacting Nameria first.
Please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos (required for damage/defect/wrong item claims)

After approval, you will receive:
- A confirmation of eligibility
- Return instructions
- The correct return address
- Label guidance (if applicable)
Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Original Shipping Fees
- Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
In these cases, Nameria will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a replacement solution at no additional cost.
Restocking Fee / Return Refusal (Condition-Based)
If a returned item does not meet the eligibility standards (for example: tags removed, signs of wear, missing packaging), Nameria may:
- Apply a restocking fee of up to 20%, and/or
- Decline the return and send the item back to the customer (where applicable)
This is to ensure fairness, hygiene, and consistent quality standards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
- Provide clear photos of:
- The product issue
- The packaging (if damaged)
- The shipping label (if relevant)
For eligible cases, we will offer an appropriate resolution, such as:
- Replacement (where available)
- Reprint/remake for production-related issues (where applicable)
- Refund when replacement is not possible
In some defect/production-error cases, we may not require the item to be returned.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
- Your bank may require additional time to post the refund

International Returns
International returns are accepted only if the item meets our eligibility criteria and falls within the applicable return window for its collection type.
Please review the following important information before initiating an international return:
Return Eligibility & Shipping Responsibility
- International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item:
- Arrived damaged
- Is defective
- Was produced or shipped incorrectly
In approved exception cases, Nameria will cover return shipping costs or provide an alternative resolution.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
For international orders, please note:
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees are non-refundable.
- These charges are imposed by local authorities and are outside of Nameria’s control.
- Any customs fees paid at delivery will not be reimbursed, even if a return is approved.
If a returned package is subject to customs charges upon re-entry, Nameria reserves the right to deduct these fees from the refund amount or decline acceptance of the return.
Customs Delays & Transit Time
- International return transit times may be affected by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
- Delays caused by customs authorities do not extend the return eligibility window.
- Refunds can only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number until your refund is fully completed.
Lost or Undeliverable International Returns
- Nameria is not responsible for international return shipments that are lost, delayed, or misdirected by the carrier.
- Returns sent without tracking or without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to countries within the European Union:
- Customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
- Items must still meet Nameria’s standard return eligibility conditions.
- Products listed under Non-Returnable Items remain excluded from this right.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, and import charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Policy Updates
Nameria reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or service-related changes.
- Updates will apply only to orders placed after the revised policy is published.
- The most current version of this policy will always be available on our website.
