Product Personalization & Live Design System
This guide has been prepared to help you personalize products in the Customizable Collection accurately and step by step. By watching the videos provided under each step, you can follow the process more clearly and confidently.
1. Select Your Product
First, browse the products available in the Customizable Collection, select the item you would like to personalize, and open its product detail page.
2. Review the Product and Choose Your Size
After opening the product page, carefully review the Product Description section.
This section includes:
- General product features
- Usage details
- Size chart (Size Guide)
Check the size chart to determine the most suitable size for you. Once selected, close the description section and return to the product page.
3. Choose Color and Size
Back on the product page, your first step is to select:
- Color
- Size
Example: White – Size M
This step is mandatory for the personalization process to proceed correctly.
4. Select the Print Area
Before uploading your design, you must choose where the print will be applied on the product.
Available print areas:
- Front Print
- Back Print
- Right Sleeve
- Left Sleeve
Important notes:
- Front print is always free of charge.
- Back and sleeve prints are subject to an additional fee.
- If you would like only one print area (front, back, or sleeve), you may specify your preference in the Order Notes (Production Instructions) after placing your order.
- If a second print area is requested on the same product, an additional charge will apply.
5. Select Design Placement
After selecting the print area, you must specify where the design should be positioned within that area.
Placement options may include:
- Center Chest
- Left Chest
- Wide Chest
- Full Front
This selection is critical to ensure your design is applied correctly and as intended.
6. Custom Text Section
The next step is the Custom Text section.
- This feature is free on most products; however, some products may require an additional fee, which will be reflected in the cart.
- You can add names, dates, or short text through this section.
- Approximately 23 different font styles are supported.
Important:
You must specify the font name and font number you choose in the Order Notes (Production Instructions) section.
7. Order Notes (Production Instructions)
We recommend completing this section as the final step.
Here, you can clearly specify all details related to your personalized product, including:
- Whether the print will be on the front or back
- Design placement
- Color and size information
- Whether custom text will be used
- Font style details
Based on these instructions, our team will prepare your design and share the final version with you via email and WhatsApp.
8. Upload Your Design
You can upload your design file through this section.
- Technically, only one file can be uploaded.
- This area serves as a support upload field for additional design files.
- Your design is transferred to the cart and saved together with your order.
9. Background Preference
In this section, you can choose whether:
- The uploaded design should keep its background, or
- The background should be removed to create a transparent (PNG) file.
For a cleaner and higher-quality appearance, a transparent PNG is generally preferred.
10. Customization Area (The Heart of Personalization)
This is the most important step of the personalization process.
- Click the “Customize Your Design” button.
- Enter the customization screen by selecting “Start Personalizing.”
- You will see the product instantly with the selected color and size.
- You can remove the default visuals and upload your own design.
- Front and back sides can be customized separately.
In this area, you can:
- Upload multiple designs
- Preview your design in real time
- Save your customization
However:
You must clearly specify which design will be used and where in the Order Notes section.
11. Save the Design and Add to Cart
Once all steps are completed:
- Click Save Design to save your customization
- Select the desired quantity
- Click Add to Cart
In the cart, you will clearly see:
- Color
- Size
- Print areas
- Order notes
- Uploaded designs
All details will be displayed accurately.
12. Approval and Production Process
Personalized products are prepared entirely based on your request.
- The final design will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp.
- Production begins after your approval.
- If no approval is received within 24 hours, the product will be automatically sent to production.
13. Return and Exchange Policy
Since personalized products are Made to Order:
- Returns and exchanges are generally not available.
- Any exceptions are specified on the product page under Final Sale and Shipping Policy sections.

Available Font Styles for Personalization
Choose the perfect style for your custom design
When customizing your product, you may select one of the font styles below for names, text, or special messages.
Please make sure to indicate your chosen font by writing the font name or its number in the notes section during checkout. Our design team will carefully apply your selection and prepare your design for production.
All fonts are selected with attention to clarity and overall design balance.
For long names or detailed messages, we recommend choosing clean and easy-to-read styles.
The image below displays all available font options with their corresponding numbers.
Some fonts may not support all special characters or symbols. If your text contains unsupported characters, we may contact you for confirmation.
Before starting the personalization process, please review all details carefully and follow the provided instructions.
If you have a specific font you would like to use that is not listed, you may upload your font file using the file upload section.
However, due to brand guidelines and production standards, extreme, inappropriate, or unconventional fonts are not supported and will not be accepted.
Customization FAQ
1) Do I have to select color and size before customizing?
Yes. Color and Size must be selected first to activate the correct variant.
If you start customizing before selecting them, your design may not be saved correctly and you may need to restart.
2) Do I have to customize every area (front, back, sleeves)?
No. You only customize the areas you want.
Any area left unchanged stays blank and no print is applied.
3) If I upload artwork but don’t select a print area, will it still print?
No. Only selected and paid print areas are produced.
If a placement is not selected, it will not be printed even if artwork is uploaded.
4) Do all products have the same print areas?
No. Print areas vary by product.
Some products support front, back, and sleeves; others support front and back only.
5) What file types do you support for uploads?
We support PNG and JPG.
6) Is uploading a design file required?
Uploading is optional.
However, if you selected print areas, uploading your artwork is strongly recommended for the most accurate production result.
7) Can you remove my design’s background?
Yes. You can request background removal (transparent look).
Please note your preference in Order Notes (e.g., “remove background” or “keep background”).
8) Can I add text like a name or date?
Yes. Custom text is optional and supports up to 50 characters.
Add your text and specify style details in the Order Notes.
9) How do I make sure the design is positioned correctly?
Choose the placement options (e.g., Center Chest, Left Chest, Full Front, etc.) and review the live preview.
For exact preferences (higher/lower, smaller/larger), write it in the Order Notes.
10) Will the final product look exactly like the live preview?
Yes. The live preview reflects the expected final production result.
Your order is produced based on the preview and your Order Notes instructions.
11) Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Usually no. Because the product is made to order, production can begin quickly.
Please double-check all selections before placing your order.
12) Do you accept returns or exchanges for customized or embroidered items?
No. Customized and embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions apply only in cases of:
- Manufacturing defect
- Damage during delivery
- Incorrect production (not matching your confirmed design/notes)
13) What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately at support@nameria.store with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund if eligible.
