Personalization Guide
This product includes a professional real-time customization system that allows you to design your garment before placing your order.
To ensure your customization is saved correctly and produced exactly as intended, please follow the steps below in the exact order shown.
Quick Rules (Read First)
- Select Color & Size first to activate the correct product variant.
- Only selected and paid print areas will be produced, even if artwork is uploaded.
- If you leave an area unchanged, it remains blank (no print).
- The live preview represents the final result that will be produced.
- Customized and embroidered products are final sale, except for defects, damage, or production errors.
Step 1 — Select Color & Size (Required First)
Before starting any customization, you must first select:
- Your preferred Color
- Your Size
These selections are mandatory because they activate the correct product variant in the system.
Important:
If Color and Size are not selected before clicking “Customize Your Design”, your design may not be saved to the correct variant. This can result in your customization being lost and the design process needing to be repeated.
Selecting Color and Size first ensures your customization stays permanently attached to the correct item.
Step 2 — Click “Customize Your Design”
After selecting Color and Size, click “Customize Your Design” located under the product title.
This opens the live editor where you can instantly preview your artwork on the product.
Customizable Areas (Availability May Vary by Product)
Depending on the product, the editor may support:
- Full Front
- Full Back
- Left Sleeve
- Right Sleeve
Note:
Print areas differ from product to product. Some products support Front, Back, and both sleeves, while others may support Front and Back only.
Simply describe how you want your item to look — we will produce it according to your instructions and the available print areas for that product.
Step 3 — Select Print Areas & Pricing
Inside the editor, the first step is choosing where you want your design printed.
Please select the print areas you want to use:
- Front Print — Free
- Back Print — + $7
- Left Sleeve — + $5
- Right Sleeve — + $5
Important:
Only the areas you select and pay for will be printed.
If an area is not selected, no design will be applied to that section — even if you upload artwork.
This ensures you are only charged for placements you actively use.
Step 4 — Front & Sleeve Customization
On the first customization screen, you will see three image slots:
- Image 1 → Full Front
- Image 2 → Left Sleeve
- Image 3 → Right Sleeve
You may upload artwork to any of these areas.
As soon as you add or replace an image, the product preview updates instantly.
If you choose not to customize an area, leave it unchanged. That section will remain blank.
File Upload Notice
Uploading a design file is optional.
However, if you selected any print areas, uploading your artwork is strongly recommended for best results and accurate production.
Step 5 — Back Customization
The second screen controls the back:
- Image 1 → Full Back
If left unchanged, the back remains blank.
If you upload a design, it will appear as a full back design in the live preview.
Step 6 — Choose Design Placement (Front & Back)
If Front Print is selected, choose one placement:
- Center Chest
- Left Chest
- Wide Chest
- Full Front
If Back Print is selected, choose one placement:
- Upper Back
- Center Back
- Full Back
These options control the size, alignment, and overall visual balance of the final result.
Step 7 — Add Custom Text (Optional)
You may enter custom text (up to 50 characters).
Use it for names, dates, short phrases, or special notes.

If you already know your preferred font, please mention its name or number in the notes section.

Step 8 — Order Notes (Production Instructions) — Required
This is the most important part of your customization.
In the Order Notes section, please describe exactly how you want your product to look.

You may specify:
- Text content
- Text font (name or number from the Font Style Guide)
- Text placement (top / center / bottom / aligned)
- Font style (minimal, bold, modern, handwritten, etc.)
- Text size (small / medium / large)
- Text direction (straight / curved / vertical)
- Priority order if multiple elements exist

You may include guidance such as:
- “Make it more minimal.”
- “Reduce the logo size.”
- “Increase contrast.”
- “Keep everything centered and balanced.”
📝 Example Notes
- “Left chest and full back. Large text on the back, small minimal name on the front.”
- “Wide chest + upper back. Logo on front, ‘EST. 2025’ on the back.”
- “Only full back. Front completely blank. Modern elegant font.”
Step 9 — Upload Your Design (Optional)
Upload your artwork if available.
Supported formats:
- PNG
- JPG
Uploading is optional, but if you selected print areas, providing your artwork helps ensure the best final result.
Step 10 — Background Preference
Indicate whether your uploaded design should:
- Keep its background, or
- Have the background removed (transparent)
You may include this instruction inside your Order Notes.

Available Font Styles for Personalization
Choose the perfect style for your custom design
When customizing your product, you may select one of the font styles below for names, text, or special messages.
Please make sure to indicate your chosen font by writing the font name or its number in the notes section during checkout. Our design team will carefully apply your selection and prepare your design for production.
All fonts are selected with attention to clarity and overall design balance.
For long names or detailed messages, we recommend choosing clean and easy-to-read styles.
The image below displays all available font options with their corresponding numbers.
Some fonts may not support all special characters or symbols. If your text contains unsupported characters, we may contact you for confirmation.
Before starting the personalization process, please review all details carefully and follow the provided instructions.
If you have a specific font you would like to use that is not listed, you may upload your font file using the file upload section.
However, due to brand guidelines and production standards, extreme, inappropriate, or unconventional fonts are not supported and will not be accepted.
Customization FAQ
1) Do I have to select color and size before customizing?
Yes. Color and Size must be selected first to activate the correct variant.
If you start customizing before selecting them, your design may not be saved correctly and you may need to restart.
2) Do I have to customize every area (front, back, sleeves)?
No. You only customize the areas you want.
Any area left unchanged stays blank and no print is applied.
3) If I upload artwork but don’t select a print area, will it still print?
No. Only selected and paid print areas are produced.
If a placement is not selected, it will not be printed even if artwork is uploaded.
4) Do all products have the same print areas?
No. Print areas vary by product.
Some products support front, back, and sleeves; others support front and back only.
5) What file types do you support for uploads?
We support PNG and JPG.
6) Is uploading a design file required?
Uploading is optional.
However, if you selected print areas, uploading your artwork is strongly recommended for the most accurate production result.
7) Can you remove my design’s background?
Yes. You can request background removal (transparent look).
Please note your preference in Order Notes (e.g., “remove background” or “keep background”).
8) Can I add text like a name or date?
Yes. Custom text is optional and supports up to 50 characters.
Add your text and specify style details in the Order Notes.
9) How do I make sure the design is positioned correctly?
Choose the placement options (e.g., Center Chest, Left Chest, Full Front, etc.) and review the live preview.
For exact preferences (higher/lower, smaller/larger), write it in the Order Notes.
10) Will the final product look exactly like the live preview?
Yes. The live preview reflects the expected final production result.
Your order is produced based on the preview and your Order Notes instructions.
11) Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Usually no. Because the product is made to order, production can begin quickly.
Please double-check all selections before placing your order.
12) Do you accept returns or exchanges for customized or embroidered items?
No. Customized and embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions apply only in cases of:
- Manufacturing defect
- Damage during delivery
- Incorrect production (not matching your confirmed design/notes)
13) What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately at support@nameria.store with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund if eligible.
14) Can I get help before production?
Yes. You can:
