About Our Materials & Fabric Quality

We craft our garments using premium fabrics such as combed and ring-spun cotton, organic cotton, and ultra-soft performance blends. Each fabric is selected for durability, breathability, and a smooth luxurious finish.

Yes. Our fabrics undergo pre-shrink and fiber-stabilizing processes to preserve fit and structure over repeated washes.

Most pieces follow a modern, true-to-size fit—tailored without being restrictive. Refer to the size guide on each product page to choose your preferred silhouette.

We prioritize ethical and eco-responsible sourcing, using certified textiles, recycled blends, and low-impact production processes that reduce waste.

Fabric weight varies by design. Lightweight tees begin at ~142 g/m² for breathable comfort, while heavier collections reach ~220 g/m² for a structured premium drape.

Yes. Our pieces are side-seamed rather than tubular, providing a refined silhouette and preventing twisting or distortion after washing.

We use long-staple cotton that is combed to remove impurities and ring-spun to create smoother, softer, and stronger yarns compared to conventional open-end cotton.

Only when they serve a purpose. Some designs incorporate recycled polyester for softness, durability and moisture-resistant performance—never as a shortcut for quality.

Yes. Our fabrics and inks are free from harmful chemicals and meet global textile safety standards, making them suitable even for children’s and baby apparel.

Our fibers are tightly knit and pre-treated to bond pigments more effectively, ensuring deep, rich colors that resist fading over repeated wear and wash cycles.

Printing Technology & Craftsmanship

We use high resolution direct to garment printing, precision embroidery, sublimation for all over prints and giclée inkjet for fine art.

Yes. Our inks are water based and certified free from harmful chemicals such as PVC and phthalates and are safe for direct skin contact.

DTG pigments bond into the fibers rather than sitting on the surface, allowing prints to flex without cracking.

With proper care, apparel retains high color fastness after many washes, while archival prints resist fading and discoloration for years.

Our printing approach preserves the natural texture of the fabric so garments remain soft, breathable and lightweight after printing.

Yes. We use water based pigments, minimal chemical pretreatments and on demand production to reduce waste and excess inventory.

We combine archival pigment inks with acid free heavyweight paper that resists yellowing and ensures accurate color reproduction.

Yes. Select designs can be stitched using high density thread for added texture, dimension and long term durability.

No. We choose methods based on material and purpose. Textiles use DTG or embroidery, ceramics use sublimation, wall art uses giclée inks.

Each design is tested on multiple fabric types and calibrated to maintain consistent vibrancy across collections.

Yes. Custom items follow the same high quality print standards as the main collection, ensuring durability and clarity.

Embroidery

Our embroidered products are made using professional, high-precision embroidery machines. The design is stitched directly into the fabric, which makes it far more durable than traditional printing methods. With proper care, it will maintain its shape and quality for a long time.

Small color differences may occur. Digital screens use RGB/HEX colors, while embroidery uses physical thread colors. Our production partners choose the closest available thread shade to match your design.

We guarantee quality for all embroidered items. If there is a noticeable error—such as loose threads, misalignment, or incorrect stitching—simply send us photos and we will coordinate a replacement or corrective solution with our production partners.

Standard embroidered items: Exchanges may be possible depending on stock and our return policy.

Personalized embroidery (names, initials, dates, etc.): Since these items are custom-made, they cannot be returned unless there is a production error.

Embroidery takes longer than digital printing because the machines physically stitch the design. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, though this may increase slightly during peak seasons.

To ensure long-lasting quality:

  • Wash in cold or lukewarm water
  • Turn the garment inside out
  • Avoid bleach
  • Tumble dry on low heat
  • If ironing is needed, iron the garment inside out and avoid placing a hot iron directly on the embroidery

These steps help preserve the thread structure and color vibrancy.

Slight stiffness is possible with large or dense embroidery designs due to the number of stitches required. This is completely normal and does not affect comfort or durability.

Some products support personalization such as names, initials, or small text. If personalization is available, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Character limits and placement may vary depending on the embroidery area.

Extremely small or highly detailed designs may not translate well to embroidery. Thin lines and tiny lettering can lose clarity. We adjust or simplify designs when needed to ensure the final embroidered result is clean and legible.

Embroidery is a premium production method that requires more time, machine work, and higher-cost materials. The result is a textured, long-lasting, and elevated look—making it ideal for timeless, high-quality pieces.
