Submit the application form and upload 2–3 sample designs that represent your style.
We review your work not by quantity but by clarity, identity, and artistic quality.
These initial designs help us understand your visual language and whether it aligns with Nameria’s aesthetic direction.

Step 2 — Review

Our creative team evaluates your submission based on:

• originality and authenticity
• alignment with minimal, refined, quiet luxury aesthetics
• technical production suitability (print + embroidery)
• overall portfolio consistency

This review ensures that every artist we accept contributes meaningfully to the curated Nameria design environment.

Step 3 — Approval

If your work aligns with our standards, you receive your:

• Designer ID
• access to the artwork submission channel
• full explanation of the commission structure
• legal protection through our licensing framework

Step 4 — Production & Listing

You upload your artwork using your Designer ID.
From there, the entire process is handled by Nameria:

This allows you to focus solely on designing while we manage every production and presentation detail.

Step 5 - Sales & Earnings

Once your designs go live:

Your role begins and ends with creating — we take care of everything else, from production to shipping to customer service.

AI may be used only if:

• no copyrighted datasets are used
• it contains your creative direction

Generic or unmodified AI outputs are rejected instantly.

✘ Low-resolution or blurry designs

Pixelated, artifact-heavy, compressed, or poorly exported files.

✘ Overly complex or photorealistic artwork

Especially designs that will not translate well to POD or embroidery.
We avoid cluttered illustrations and highly detailed realism.

✘ Trend spam / generic clipart

This includes:

• viral TikTok trends
• mass marketplace clipart
• copied styles
• overused aesthetic clichés
• designs without originality

• No micro details smaller than 3 mm
• Avoid thin script fonts

• Vector preferred: SVG, AI, EPS

Every product sold with your artwork generates a fixed earning amount determined by its product type.
This ensures stable income regardless of discounts or promotional campaigns.

2. Additional Commission Rate

In addition to the fixed earnings, designers also earn a percentage-based commission from each sale.

Standard commission tiers:
→ 10% on every fulfilled sale

Percentage commissions are calculated from the final sale price after discounts.

3. Payout Cycle (35-Day Settlement Rule)

All payouts follow a fixed settlement cycle to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance with our refund policy.
