Graphic Print & Embroidery Collection Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Window • No Exchanges

Graphic Print & Embroidery Collection items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions outlined below are met. Exchanges are not offered for this collection.

Each piece in this collection is produced specifically upon order and carefully inspected before shipment.

1) Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the carrier tracking shows Delivered.
  • If an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 30-day return window begins when the final package is delivered.

Please note:
Requests submitted after the 30-day window may not be accepted.

2) Condition Requirements

To qualify for an approved return, items must be returned:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags and labels attached
  • In the original packaging, clean and suitable for transit
  • Free from:
  • odors (perfume, smoke, detergent)
  • stains or discoloration
  • deodorant or makeup marks
  • pet hair
  • fabric damage, stretching, or visible wear

Items that do not meet these standards may be refused or handled under the Restocking section below.

3) How to Request a Return (Approval Required)

All returns require prior approval.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

To request a return, please contact Nameria Customer Care and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

Photos are required only if the item:

  • arrived damaged
  • is defective
  • was produced or shipped incorrectly

Once approved, you will receive:

  • Clear return instructions
  • The correct return destination
  • Any reference details needed for processing

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted or processed.

4) Shipping Fees & Return Shipping

  • Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.

Nameria will cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution only if:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item is defective
  • you received an incorrect item

5) International Returns

International returns are accepted only if:

  • the return request is submitted within the 30-day window, and
  • the item meets all condition requirements listed above.

Please note:

  • International return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Customs inspections may affect return transit time. Refunds can only be processed after the item is received and inspected.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number until the refund process is complete.

If a return shipment is refused, abandoned, or incurs customs charges upon re-entry, Nameria reserves the right to:

  • deduct such costs from the refund amount, or
  • decline acceptance of the return where applicable.

6) No Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered for this collection.

If your return is approved, we recommend placing a new order for the preferred size or item.

7) Restocking Fee / Return Refusal

If a returned item does not meet eligibility standards (for example: missing tags, signs of wear, damaged packaging, or odors), Nameria may:

  • apply a restocking fee of up to 20%, and/or
  • decline the return request

This helps maintain hygiene standards and consistent product quality for all customers.

8) Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email regarding approval status.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.
