• Standard processing time is 1–2 business days before dispatch.
• During high-demand periods or limited releases, processing may take slightly longer. If this occurs, you will be notified by email.

International Shipping

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or remote delivery areas.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be charged by local authorities upon arrival.

• These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
• All customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Nameria is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Your tracking number
• The shipping carrier
• Estimated delivery timing (when available)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.

• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
• If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist before dispatch, address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged:

• Include your order number and, where applicable, clear photos of the package and product.

Our team will review the situation and guide you through the appropriate next steps, including carrier claims when necessary.
