Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

7-Day Return Window • No Exchanges

Nameria Shop Collection items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met. We do not offer exchanges.

1) Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days starting from the date the carrier tracking shows Delivered.
  • If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the return window begins when the final package is delivered.

Important: Requests submitted after the 7-day window may be refused or processed with a condition-based deduction.

2) Condition Requirements

To qualify for an approved return, items must be returned:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached, including the SKU/label tag
  • In the original packaging (clean, protective, and suitable for transit)
  • Free of:
  • odors (perfume, smoke, detergent)
  • stains or discoloration
  • deodorant/makeup marks
  • pet hair
  • stretching, fabric wear, or visible use

If an item does not meet these standards, the return may be refused or handled under the Restocking section.

3) How to Request a Return (Approval Required)

All returns require prior approval. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

To request a return, contact Nameria Customer Care and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • A brief reason (for internal review and processing)
  • Photos are required only for:
  • damaged items
  • defective items
  • incorrect items received

After approval, you will receive:

  • Step-by-step return instructions
  • The correct return destination
  • Any required reference details for the return

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted or processed.

4) Shipping Fees & Return Shipping

  • Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.

Nameria will cover return shipping or offer a replacement solution only if:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item is defective
  • you received the wrong item

5) International Returns (Nameria Shop Collection)

International returns are accepted only if:

  • the request is submitted within the 7-day window, and
  • the item meets all condition requirements.

Please note:

  • International return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective/incorrect).
  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by local authorities and are outside of our control.
  • Customs processing may affect return transit time. Refunds can only be issued after the return is received and inspected.

We strongly recommend using a trackable return method and keeping your tracking number until your refund is completed.

If a return shipment is refused, abandoned, or assessed customs charges upon re-entry, Nameria reserves the right to:

  • deduct such costs from the refund amount, or
  • decline acceptance of the return where applicable.

6) No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If your return is approved, we recommend placing a new order for the preferred item or size.

7) Restocking Fee / Return Refusal

If a returned item is received in a condition that does not meet eligibility standards (for example: missing tags, signs of wear, damaged packaging, odors), Nameria may:

  • apply a restocking fee of up to 20%, and/or
  • decline the return request

This protects hygiene standards and ensures consistent quality for all customers.

8) Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email regarding approval.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, and your bank may require additional time to post the refund.
