Customizable Collection – Final Sale Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Made to Order • No Returns • No Exchanges

Customizable Collection items are produced specifically for each customer.
For this reason, these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in limited cases outlined below.

1) Final Sale Policy

All Customizable Collection items are made to order and prepared according to individual specifications.

As a result:

  • Returns are not accepted
  • Exchanges are not offered
  • Order cancellations are not possible once production has started

This policy helps ensure fairness, quality control, and production accuracy for every custom piece.

2) Exceptions (When a Resolution Is Available)

Although Customizable Collection items are final sale, we will gladly assist if your item arrives with a confirmed issue.

You may be eligible for a resolution if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The item was incorrectly produced
  • You received the wrong item

In these cases, Nameria may offer:

  • A replacement (where applicable), or
  • A refund, if a replacement is not possible

Returns or replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3) How to Report an Issue (Approval Required)

All claims must be submitted before any item is returned.

To report an issue, please contact Nameria Customer Care and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem (required)

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

4) Return Shipping & Fees

  • In approved defect or error cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Nameria only if a return is required.
  • In many cases, a return may not be necessary to resolve the issue.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

5) International Orders & Customs

For international orders involving Customizable Collection items:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • These charges are imposed by local authorities and are outside of Nameria’s control.
  • Customs processing times may vary and do not affect eligibility for resolution.

6) Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Your bank may require additional time to post the funds

7) No Exchanges

Customizable Collection items are produced specifically for each order.
For this reason, exchanges are not available.
